Single and double-storey rear, side-return and wraparound extensions that give you the kitchen-diner, family room or extra bedroom your home has been missing.

We build from your architect's drawings or help you pull the brief together, then manage the structure from foundations to finished shell and fit-out. Steelwork, drainage, roofing and glazing are sequenced so the existing house stays usable for as long as possible, and you know what is happening each week.

Loft Conversions

Dormer, hip-to-gable, Velux and mansard conversions that turn wasted roof space into a proper bedroom, en-suite or home office.

A loft conversion is structural work first and decoration second. We handle the floor joists, steel beams, roof alterations, staircase and fire-safety requirements, then insulate, board and finish the space so it feels like part of the house rather than an afterthought.

Integral and attached garage conversions that become a home office, playroom, utility or ground-floor bedroom.

Garages are rarely built to living-space standards, so we deal with what is needed to change that: infilling the door opening, raising and insulating the floor, upgrading walls and ceiling, and adding windows, heating and electrics. The result is a warm, dry room that matches the rest of the house.

Groundworks & Foundations

Excavation, foundations, drainage and slabs — the part of the build nobody sees but everything depends on.

Good groundwork sets up the whole project. We excavate, pour foundations to the engineer's specification, lay below-ground drainage and prepare slabs ready for the superstructure. It is available as part of a wider build or as a standalone package for homeowners and self-builders.
